Back Squat: 70, 120, 150, 190, 210, 220, 230, 240, 170, 200, 220

Deadlift: 190 3x1

Saturday 27 Aug 22

Front Squat: 70, 120, 150, 170, 190, 150, 170, 190, 200

Sunday 28 Aug 22

Back Squat: 70, 120, 170, 200, 220, 240, 260, 170 3x2, 200 2x1, 220x1 with hipcircle

Deadlift: 230kgx1
